Teased last week, the Fat Bee by Cassio Zen can be a smooth transition to a healthier typing experience despite the classic row stagger: it is gently split, has fixed tenting, and an integrated palm rest.

Mixing a familiar layout with scientifically-proven ergonomic principles – Cassio.

According to the author, Fat Bee offers ergonomic benefits in a package that looks and feels familiar, designed to be approachable by users with varying typing techniques.

In addition, the often problematic 6 and B keys are centralized.

Specs

  • 69 keys, number row, arrow cluster
  • low-pro Choc
  • handwired prototype, PCB is being tested
  • 3D printed case, 6° tenting
  • integrated palm rest
