I was pretty sure I covered Gondolindrim's Acheron project on kbd.news but can't find it now. Maybe it was in the very early days when Keyboard Builders' Digest was a mere weekly link collection published as a Reddit post. :D

Anyways, here is the quite lengthy video on the design lifecycle of a PCB, the Joker microcontroller architecture, how the community has changed, etc.
