This is an update to a previous post. The code is now cleaned up and published on Github: https://github.com/50an6xy06r6n/hotswap_pcb_generator

I added the ability to convert directly from a KLE JSON file, which should make it a lot more usable. Licensed under GPL v3.0 if anyone cares – 50an6xy06r6n.
