Creators! Feel free to tip me off about your keyboard related projects to bring them to 100K readers.
I can't repeat this often enough: offering a pre-built keyboard AND also sharing the design files is my favorite distribution model. This is the best way to inject a GB/preorder into kbd.news. Just saying. 😉
The Mün 2 by RGBKB is the successor to the original Mün kit, a split ortholinear keyboard. The PCB has hotswap MX sockets with RGB backlight, 2x RP2040 microcontrollers, all-USB-C and ESD protection.
An internal cable is provided to connect the PCBs together for certain 60% cases.
Christian Lo (a.k.a. sporewoh), a rabid ortholinear fan, outlines his experimental projects and provides a behind the scenes look of his highlights of the year.
