Solid oak case, industrial themed textured two-tone paint job, pre-standard physical layout, stepped modifiers, F0 key, etc.

As best as I can figure this is some sort of aftermarket Apple II/II+/IIe? extended external keyboard featuring Cherry solid state capacitive switches – fizzgiggity.

Looking at the dates of the chips on the board this would have been manufactured as early as 1982.
