Comments on KTT Rose switches

Upper Housing is a CAD high precision component made of plastic polymer. With a tolerance of less than 0.01 mm, the component guides the switching slide precisely, forming the CHERRY MX keyswitch’s switching mechanism housing.
In the "MX RGB" version, CHERRY Refract technology is integrated into the component: A computer-calculated lens set that uses active light refraction to direct the illumination from the SMD LED on the circuit board into the keycap without loss – Cherry.
Like the CHERRY MX RED the CHERRY MX SILENT RED is featured by a linear switching characteristic as well. The operating noises are reliably minimized by a patented damping. The switch with the silent CHERRY MX technology establishes itself as a wise choice regarding to its low spring force and soft actuation – Cherry.

The KTT Rose is pretty smooth out of the box but you'd likely want to lube this switch to bring down the spring noise – beaverkeys.
The KTT Rose switch will be a great choice for you if you want RGB on your keyboard as it has an opaque top housing. However, based on my personal experience and comments from other enthusiasts in the community, it seems like opaque housings generally make the switch sound thinner – unikeys.
