Comments on HMX Martini switches | Comments on HMX EVA switches |
Completely new HMX release. Part of the Oil Barrel / Racing Series – MonacoKeys. | The designer of the EVA switch made an attempt to create an even deeper and thockier HMX switch than Canglan V2. What's different between the two is that EVA switches have a P4 bottom housing. The duo of a T2 stem and P4 bottom housing makes the bottom-out sound more lively while still retaining its deepness and thockiness. Also, the P4 material creates a less sharp bottom-out feeling. You would notice this if you have tried Jammy switches before. Overall, the EVA switch would be very pleasant to listen to and type on. However, they are still from HMX, so there is no guarantee they are going to sound as deep and thocky as switches from other manufacturers – Unikeys. |
