Comments on HMX Cosmic Purple switches

The Roselle switches are a truly innovative switch manufactured by BSUN. One of the most obvious reasons is that it's stem is made from Y3, which is a brand new material. Due to the new Y3 material being used, the original molds and factory lubing technique BSUN had could not be applied to the Roselle switches. This led BSUN to create new molds and factory lubing techniques, specifically designed for this switch – SerpentKeys.

The HMX Cosmic Purple linear switches are manufactured using HMX's brand new full POM housing mold. It is the first HMX switch that comes with a full POM housing. Full POM housing with LY stem is not rare to see in this hobby but HMX makes it distinct; Most POM housing and Ly stem switches, such as BSUN Aniya and BSUN Dusty Rose, are deep and thocky sounding. That's not the case with Cosmic Purple; Thanks to HMX's molding design and unique LY blend, Cosmic Purple switches are super clacky and higher pitched. The POM housing widens the sound spectrum and makes them sound full and vibrant at the same time. We also left a bit of audible scratch to these switches if that's what you like – Unikeys.
