In his latest video, Freedscript introduces Tip-Type, a wearable wireless keyboard and mouse for AR glasses.
This new version includes Wireless connectivity and mouse controls. It is still in prototype stage but is working well and everything is developing rather smoothly. There are a few kinks to work out on the signal strength and quality but it is completely functional – freedscript.
The designer used conductive fabric you can solder right onto, gyros with Arduino Nanos, an Arduino Leonardo as a base station, and nrf transmitters with a donge.
Obviously, I'm gonna be doing a full PCB design for these in the end. I'm gonna want all of those electronics bundled up into more of a bracelet that I'll 3D print a case for.
