This project introduces a quite uncommon but very clever 3D printing method especially for those who want a board larger than their printer bed:
The case is made up of many segments that I have 3D printed. Think of it like a stack keyboard but instead of vertically stacking sheets of acrylic we will be stacking these segments horizontally – JaminMechKeys.
In addition, this design features slide mounting rails, just like the wooden case from last week.
Also, there is a cavity in the case acting as a compartment for rice. RICE! The rice is the dampening material and the weight for the case.
