The EC60, this open-source universal 60% Electrostatic Capacitive PCB, is another member of the EC boards designed and shared by Cipulot (like his EC87).

The PCB fits into 60% cases (GH60 outline and mounting points), supports ISO, ANSI, JIS, HHKB, etc. layouts, and is compatible with EC switches (Topre and NIZ).
