Designed and shared by Mateusz Nowak, the EclairM0 is a tiny device for taking notes on the go. Not just an input device but also a standalone tool.
EclairM0 is a tiny gadget I've designed back in my college days and finally made into a real thing. Taking short notes on the go is the main feature, with an option to export data to PC by pressing a single key combo. It can also be configured as a USB HID peripheral, for example a macropad or a mouse – Matt.
This lightweight, battery-powered gadget, fully open source, can be used as a notepad, USB macropad, TV remote, hardware authenticator, signal generator, etc.

- small (50x40mm), thin (8mm) and lightweight (15g)
- 14 tactile 50gf mouse micro-switches (Panasonic EVQQ2)
- SAMD21 microcontroller underclocked to 8MHz
- 128x32 OLED display with improved brightness range
- battery-powered (about 10 hours runtime, charged via USB‑C)
- simple 3D-printed snap-fit enclosure with CNC-engraved labels
