The Pyramidka is a 3d printed, handwired, 40% keyboard by aroum. The case is designed to fit the bed of a stock Ender 3 when the parts are rotated 45 degrees and the skirt/brim is disabled in the slicer settings.

Answering a comment if he had a functional reason for this layout, the author replied:

Aesthetics are the main thing.

While this keyboard is based on Victor Lucachi's ortho VOID40, it might be worth taking a look at RominRonin's Katana and other symmetric layouts.
