Shared by turtle-bazon, HedgeHog is a new open-source keycap profile for various spacings and stems: low-profile, supporting both MX and Choc switches. With uniform spherical keys, cylindrical/saddle thumb keys both in 1U and 1.5U size, plus a fancy homing variant.
