K02 - Sweeping the Sweep A redesign of the Sweep: K02 by Lu Immich .
KBD.news Published December 19, 2024
The K02 by Lu Immich aka anothermimich/kynikoi_ is a partial redesign of the Ferris Sweep 2 half-swept . In other words this is a: 34-key diodeless Choc-spaced low-pro split with a new PCB outline, silk art, etc.
After seeing the Ferris Sweep for the first time I've fallen in love, but as a designer I cannot accept the things the way they are. So I've done some experimentation with it – kynikoi.
The silk art is the work of the Brazilian artist Aline Dal Pont : Woodcut transposed to screen printing.
