After 8 months of the teaser post, Sergei Silnov (aka kumekay/pinya) released the files of his Aronia (old working name: mymikla). This ultra-low ergo split uses PG1316s switches, and features a cool hinge machanism.
Let me be fair: this keyboard works, but I almost never use it. PG1316s are quite hard to solder, and may be unreliable even when soldered relatively well (i.e., not sensitive to off-center presses), which makes the use a bit frustrating. […] But there are many aspects of this design I really like! My favorite one is the hinge. It provides enough friction to keep the keyboard at almost any angle, and it is oddly satisfying to touch when folded – pinya.
