The Caeseura, this 47-key row-staggered split keyboard, was designed and shared by theb0b (theb0b12/realtheb0b). It supports MX and Choc switches, and is powered by nice!nano controllers plus ZMK.

Although I built this keyboard about 2.5 months ago, I finally got the repo where I like it and took some cool photos. […] In hindsight I would've changed some things, use it with a couple more than a few grains of salt – theb0b.

The name is a play on the word caesura (a rhetorical brake), referenceing also the city Céüse, the sword form The Kingkiller Chronicle, and of course the concept of splitting.

Specs

  • 47 keys (classic staggering, two thumb keys)
  • MX or Choc switches, hotswap
  • nice!nano controller
  • 3D-printed case
  • ZMK firmware
