At first glance, fellow redditor Charading created a humble 75% keyboard. On the second look though, this custom keyboard comes with a unique combination of features, including custom QMK – for a Hall-effect board.

Probably the first magnetic keyboard running QMK firmware. […] I couldn't find a board that had every single feature I wanted so I just built my own. Took almost a year. I had basically no experience, learning as I went along – Charading.

After trying raw C, then Rust, the author ended up with using "normal" QMK firmware, although heavily modified to work with Hall-sensors. A drop-in module, that can make anyone able to use QMK for this purpose, is still in the works.
