The original Snake, released by 1000eyed about a year ago, is a semi-ortholinear keyboard with LEDs, rotary encoder support, and spacebar options – featuring lighting inspired by the genre-defining classic video game.

Just saw the keyboard made by 1000eyed on our Discord server and thought the layout and integration with the LEDs and name was so cool! The case was not my style though, so I made my own – Technofrikus.

Features

  • 39-42 keys, 12x3 orthoish
  • MX switches, hotswap
  • Using ScottoModules (on-board STM32F072CBT6 MCU)
  • Multiple spacebar options
  • Mounting: rubber gasket
  • QMK firmware
